Our new online booking system is the easiest way to book your appointments. No more phone tag or email tag to find a time that works for both of us. Simply search the online schedule for a time that works best for you.  Just provide your email address and phone number, and you will automatically receive appointment reminders.

 

 

 

                                                            New Booking Policy

 

Due to several recent last minute cancellations and no-shows, a valid credit card will be  required  to book all future appointments (online or by phone). In keeping with our cancellation policy,  your card will not be charged unless you cancel less than 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment. 

 

If you cancel less than 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment or no-show, I not only lose your business, but also potentially the business of other clients who may have taken your scheduled session time.  In these cases, your card will be charged the full session amount. If a package was purchased, one session will be marked as USED.  Clients using a gift certificate will forfeit their voucher.

• Gift Certificates and Pre-Paid Packages are NON-REFUNDABLE, but may be transferred to another person.

• All sessions begin and end on time.  This allows me to stay on schedule for my next client.  If you are late, you will receive the remainder of your scheduled session time, and full payment will be expected.  New clients: please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment to allow for time to complete necessary paperwork, and discuss any health issues and preferences with your therapist.

• Note:  typically, there is a lot of traffic on exit 39 and Rte 4.  Therefore, it is highly recommended to allow extra time for travel, so as not to be late for your appointment.  We are located inside Building TWO (the very first building you'll see on your right as you enter the parking lot), in the same office as Nutmeg Holistic Solutions.

• Abundant Health Massage Therapy & Wellness offers professional therapeutic massage and wellness services.  Proper draping will be used during your session.  Any inappropriate behavior will result in the termination of the massage session, and full payment will be expected
