Swedish Massage -- Uses long, gliding strokes and kneading techniques to help improve circulation and lymph flow, resulting in relaxation and a sense of well-being.

Deep Tissue Massage -- Using deeper pressure and more specific techniques, Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscles. It helps to reduce chronic pain, dissolve "knots", and break up scar tissue, thereby improving range of motion.

Cupping Massage

Silicone, plastic, or glass cups are used on the body to create a vacuum. It is believed that the suction of the cups brings blood flow to the surface, thereby pulling out toxins and promoting healing. Cupping is like a deep tissue massage in that it helps to "unstick" the fascia and release muscle knots. Results include improved range of motion, scar tissue release, and relaxation.

MediCupping Body Contouring Cocoon Treatment

The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles and fascial restrictions, encourage blood and lymph flow, and sedate the nervous system, encouraging a deeply relaxed state. In MediCupping, a specialized vacuum therapy machine is used whereby the amount of suction can be measured and controlled. MediCupping techniques include a highly effective Body Contouring Cocoon treatment that helps to eliminate solid bloat by way of the lymphatic system, as well as stimulates local circulation and cellulite adhesions. A difference can be seen and felt directly after the session, and should continue to progress for the next few days.

Enjoy light to medium relaxing rhythmic cupping throughout your body to restore optimal lymphatic flow along the superficial and intermediate pathways throughout the back, neck, glutes, legs, abdomen, chest, and arms encouraging relief of pain and a smoother, more contoured appearance.
