Silicone, plastic, or glass cups are used on the body to create a vacuum. It is believed that the suction of the cups brings blood flow to the surface, thereby pulling out toxins and promoting healing. Cupping is like a deep tissue massage in that it helps to "unstick" the fascia and release muscle knots. Results include improved range of motion, scar tissue release, and relaxation.
Cupping is included as part of your massage session at no extra cost (by request)
MediCupping Body Contouring Cocoon Treatment
The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles and fascial restrictions, encourage blood and lymph flow, and sedate the nervous system, encouraging a deeply relaxed state. In MediCupping, a specialized vacuum therapy machine is used whereby the amount of suction can be measured and controlled. MediCupping techniques include a highly effective Body Contouring Cocoon treatment that helps to eliminate solid bloat by way of the lymphatic system, as well as stimulates local circulation and cellulite adhesions. A difference can be seen and felt directly after the session, and should continue to progress for the next few days.
Enjoy light to medium relaxing rhythmic cupping throughout your body to restore optimal lymphatic flow along the superficial and intermediate pathways throughout the back, neck, glutes, legs, abdomen, chest, and arms encouraging relief of pain and a smoother, more contoured appearance. Specific therapeutic essential oils diluted in an organic carrier are applied and you are wrapped in warm towels to rest while experiencing a neck/shoulder massage.
Maximum results are cumulative, and twice per week sessions for four weeks are recommended, for a total of 8 sessions. Thereafter, maintenance sessions are recommended approximately twice per month. Sessions are 90 minutes.

Facial Cupping Rejuvenation
Women in Asia, Russia and Europe have been utilizing these remarkable negative pressure facial exercises for rejuvenation and maintenance for generations. Protocols for the face use small cups to vacuum and lift the facial tissue, mimicking the pumping movements of lymphatic drainage. It is a manual method that replicates the effects of equipment currently in use in most aesthetic establishments.
This relaxing 75 minute treatment includes: Acupressure, Thermotherapy (warm & cold stones), Cupping, and a natural Face Masque. The combined results are outstanding.
Increased local circulation of the skin, increased nutrients brought to the epidermis, and enhanced absorption of facial topicals
Plumped lines & wrinkles
Softened scar tissue
The muscles of the face benefit greatly from the reduction of tension and tightness, releasing expression lines, and loosening rigid muscles associated with TMJ disorders. Sinus infections and inflammation are also directly relieved by the loosening and draining effects of the cups.
