Prior to becoming a licensed massage therapist, Kristina received a dual B.A. in Italian Studies and Music from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and a Culinary Arts certificate from the Connecticut Culinary Institute.

She is a 2009 graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, CT. Kristina is a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and is Board Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). She is certified in Cupping and Facial Cupping Rejuvenation.  Kristina is a certified Lypotherapist and was trained by Lypossage founder, Charles Wiltsie III.  Kristina has provided therapeutic massage to internationally-renowned recording artists at venues throughout Connecticut.  Her clients have included: the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Matisyahu, Adam Levine (Maroon 5), and the Gipsy Kings.

Kristina is a member of the Simsbury and Farmington Chambers of Commerce, as well as the Avon Chamber, in which she serves on both the Marketing and Membership Committees.  She is also an Avon VYBE (Valley Young Business Entrepreneur) Coordinator and Health Council Member.
